Staff Attorney

Payal received her law degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where she received the Kandy Reibord Ehrenworth Award for outstanding ethics, devotion to the law, concern for the underprivileged and general commitment to social issues affecting society.  She received her undergraduate bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emory University.  Payal worked at the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless prior to taking a job with a family law firm before coming to HeLP.  Payal is trained in collaborative family law.  Payal is a member of the family law section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.  Payal has worked with the Pro Se Litigant Family Law Workshop in Cobb County and with the Cobb Justice Foundation.  Payal's office is at Children's at Egleston.
